We, as adults know the soothing, relaxing benefit of massage so imagine how your baby would feel !
Join Master Therapist Dr. Wyman and learn techniques to alleviate such symptoms as colic and improve overall good health for both baby and Mom and Dad.
Participants should bring along a yoga mat or blanket to lay baby on.

Joined our good friend and “giggle” partner Cassandra of Active Mom’s Club @ “Fleet Feet” Pipers Alley for a “Mom’s and Mom’s to be Night Out” . It was a great night to check out some new Spring workout wear, do a little shopping and talk, talk, talk about all things Mom and Baby !
In between the delicious snacks and the topic of laundering (!) I found the ultimate flip flop….Yes I know we’re NOT supposed to actually do anything but walk on the beach but I think you’ll love these, they actually have a lot of support. You bake them in the oven and then stand in them to take the shape of your feet ….that’s right “easy bake flip flops” ! ! There is a lot to be excited about in the Lincoln Park “giggle” media department ! Your “giggle” team works very hard to assemble an excellent assortment of books for a broad range of readers. Our collection includes classics like Dr. Seuss” Horton Hears a Who!, as well as newer titles like Jonathan Allen’s charming “I’m Not Scarred !”
For the very young “reader” check out Charlie Harper’s 1,2,3’s and A,B,C’s. They’re terrific little books for the littlest of hands. And for those who just want to listen, “giggle” offers a carefully edited assortment of fabulous CD’s that run the gamut, from classic nursery rhymes to lullaby versions of The Beatles, Bob Marley and U2 !
